? Involve in and drive annual performance review
? Involve in C&B review eg. B-pay review, P-pay discussion.
? Deliver MBM culture in plant
? Responsible for RRE and JD in place and annual review
? Ensure operation site HR relative compliance plan implementation
? Coach and develop HR specialist
? Make HR analysis & report for plant to support operation decision making
? Any other assignments from HR Manager
