Responsibilities :
-To execute customer orders as per the customer requirements and internal process/procedures.
-To coordinate with other supporting functions to ensure smooth order to cash process of each order.
-To carry on the necessary control check from order to cash to ensure 100% compliance with internal control requirements.
-To be the single contact window for customers on order related issues, responding to customer’s inquiries on stock availability, delivery lead time and/or other order related matters in a timely and effective manner, proactively updating customers on order status, coordinating to solve issues or customer complaints.
-To work with customers/sales/FIN on open orders, ensure reliable delivery schedule of each order, and follow up customer payment/deliveries as agreed upon to meet sales target.
-To involve in project/initiatives as assigned.
JOB PROFILE
Education
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Major in logistics, foreign trade, business administration or others relevant
Experiences and skills
- At least 3-5 years in Customer service or logistics experience
-Good at MS office, SAP system (SD module)
-Fluent in oral and written Chinese and English
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and efficiently
-Able to solve problem
