Responsibilities:
Assists in the analysis of financial data and extracts and defines relevant information; interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability.
Does budgeting and forecasts
Develops financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
Works closely with Managers to put relevant report, such as Quarterly, Monthly Report, together for Investor’s review.
Provides financial data/information for business operation.
Participates in the execution of the project such as various contract management, development budget update, sales and marketing activities, approvals, any other project administration and coordination works.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, accounting and/or economics, MBA a plus
Two to four years in a real estate analyst position
Excellent analytical and Excel modeling skills, in-depth experience with financial statement analysis
Effective English written, verbal and presentation skills; with ability to present to all levels within the organization
Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, and able to work with diversified multicultural group of people
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast paced changing environment
Working experience in joint venture company with a foreign (preferably U.S.) partner
