Job Description:
1. Conduct show suite daily operation and administration works, and asked to submit weekly summary to show suite operation head.
2. Plan and execute tours in THE HUB show suite by providing attractive THE HUB story and facts to guests.
3. Response quickly to various situations and assist marketing colleague to co-ordinate special events/activities, when necessary .
4. Uphold the highest guest service standard while , and assist leasing colleague to take care clients’ various requirement.
Requirement/Qualification:
1. Energetic, outgoing, and friendly individuals with an enthusiasm and interest in communication with people as well as real estate.
2. Experience and comfortable with group presentations and/or public speaking
3. Skilled with interacting with the public, maintaining a courteous manner at all times
4. Maintain a neat personal appearance and adhere to the preferred dress code
5. Must possess the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
6. Good command of English, both in oral and written form
7. Good level of skill in use of computer applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word
