1、Start project from kick-off until the final test in the customer’s plant; 2、 Responsible for project timing and margin， Supervise the quality; 3、 Act as focal point for customer during whole project life， Work with sales to build and maintain customer relationship， and Achieve customer satisfaction; 4、 Build and Maintain project Jour Fixed (cost WBS) and timing plan， Responsible for project review during project rolling;5、Change process for the scope management ;6、Work with function managers to Allocate resource to work on project in order to Secure project running;7、 Work with purchasing department to select and manage critical supplier; 8、 Coordinate project function interface issues under local organization matrix， and Contribute to Consolidate system procedure; 9、Adopt previous project lessons-learned and prevent them for on-going project; 10、Drive the Analysis and Implement the recovery action on the risks defined in proposal and project phase;11、Project report (5 box) in running phase ;12、Advanced offering/selling for running project when needs. 13、 Close open issues and achieve project milestone， push for customer payment。...
