We are looking for a Marketing Director with location based in Shanghai Downtown.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute the annual promotion/PR calendar based on the marketing strategies and marketing targets set by the company. Increase brand awareness of the Arena and traffic flow during the non-event days.
根据公司制定的市场发展战略以及市场发展目标,协助市场销售总监策划和实施年度市场宣传和公关活动,提高场馆知名度,增加无演出日的人流量;
2. 策划执行媒体计划和活动推广; 负责市场推广活动的具体策划、组织、执行与效果跟踪; 编写、制作、完善、管理场馆所有的对外宣传资料(包括文字、摄影、照片等);
Plan the execution of media plan and activity promotion; Plan, organize, execute the specific promotional activities and follow up the results. Write, edit and manage all promotional materials (including words, pictures, and videos)
3. 实时了解、分析市场状况,为总监提供市场分析和竞争对手信息,及时调整市场营销方案;
Keep updated with all latest market situation and provide competitive analysis. Present research results and market trend to the director in order to timely adjust marketing/sales strategies.
4. 通过每月的电子周报、客户活动的创新形式,来增加包厢客人对场馆的热爱和忠诚度; Build customer loyalty and network through monthly e-newsletter and creative customer events
5. 做合理广告宣传以及公关活动的预算管理;及时更新、完善公司官方网站的信息。与媒体重要人物建立个人人际关系,包括报刊、杂志、电视及电台;
Manage marketing promotion and PR events within the budget. Timely update and improve website look and feel, content quality. Establish personal relationships with important media people, including newspapers, magazines, television and radio;
6. 协调网络营销建立战略伙伴关系; 在直接网络销售、报纸、广播、电视和推广费用间进行分摊市场预算; 负责监管下属完成公司平面广告,宣传册,和其它相关文件;
Coordinate with network marketing to establish strategic partnership; Making distribution market budget in direct network sales, newspapers, radio, television, and promotion expenses room; Responsible for monitoring the subordinates to complete the company’s printing advertisement, brochures, and other relevant documents;
7. 努力开拓新市场,协助销售团队完成公司下达的指标; Develop new market to help sales team achieve financial targets;
Key Requirements:
1. 具有大专或以上学历,尤以市场、营销、管理类专业为佳; Have College or above degree, and those in market, marketing and management specialty is especially preferred;
2. 具有五年及以上市场营销工作经历(特别是文娱市场); Have over fiveyears of working experience in marketing(especially in Entertainment/events industry);
3. 有较强的市场感知能力(特别是文娱市场),能敏锐把握市场动态,拥有驾驭市场方向的能力;具有一定的媒体合作经验和关系;
Have a strong market perception capacity (especially recreational market), can sharply grasp market trends, have the ability of controlling market direction; Have certain media cooperation experience and relations;
4. 熟悉电子商务、数字媒体等方面业务;具有良好的组织策划能力及开阔新市场能力;
Familiar with electronic business, digital media etc.; Have good organizing and planning ability and the ability of open new markets;
5. 具有良好的中英语沟通表达能力和执行能力; 能熟练操作办公软件,善于运用PPT编写技术;
Have good Chinese and English communication skills and executive ability; Operate office software skillfully and good at using PPT writing technology;
6. 具有高度的工作热情,认真负责的工作态度,良好的团队合作精神。
Have high work enthusiasm, serious and responsible work attitude and good teamwork spirit.
