Key Responsibilities:
You are responsible for all quality function of BUs within china. Reporting to APAC Operations Manager, you are leading 4 manufacturing sites in Shanghai & Guangdong. Mainly responsibility of the job holder:
# Ensure compliance of regulations/policies – assumes ultimate accountability for all FSQR compliance, direction and activities across a BU, analyzes and interprets FSQR policies, regulations, customer and supplier standards, directs implementation of FSQR policies, customer and supplier standards across BU, act as liason with regulatory authorities at a national level
# Perform prevention activities and issue resolution – ensure connectivitiy and collaboration between FSQR functions across all facilities in a BU, mediates and ensure resolution to issues for BU, leads BU crisis management team, directs work with suppliers/external manufacturers, proactively anticipates risk and takes preventative action across BU, accountable for completion of facility audits and proactively address risk areas.
# Develop, implement and assess processes/systems – directs implementation of all FSQR, specification and management of change systems across BU drives continuous improvement, provides input to BU leadership related to base/non-base capital needs to maintain food safety leadership position
# Shape food safety, quality and regulatory culture/reputation – responsible as central FSQR interface with customer and suppliers for a BU, builds internal and external partnerships, ensure customer complaint issues addressed, lead implementation of platform strategy to ensure a highly engaged FSQR workforce
# People/resource/budget management – lead talent management of employees in FSQR organization for the BU; coordinates talent management efforts with other BU FSQR leaders in platform, build and develop effective, engaged FSQR workforce across the BU, develop strategic and tactical FSQR plans for BU in alignment with platform corporate FSQR and BU objectives, key member of BU leadership team
Key Requirements:
You will come with bachelor or above degree in Food Science, Biological Sciences or related fields with minimum 8 years experience in Quality Field. You need to apply advanced knowledge in the areas of food safety, quality assurance and regulatory affairs. Must be fluent in English and comfortable for working with expatiates.
