Senior Recruiter
Summary:
In this role you will be accountable for managing a portfolio of internal clients in Asia, and will be responsible for the full recruitment process from hiring planning to sourcing to selection and day one readiness. Your role will be pivotal to our new Global Services Center establishment and growing China business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of internal clients
- Provide inputs to Recruitment strategy & manage execution
- Source full-time and intern candidates from internet job boards, college recruiting activities, job fairs, referrals, user groups, media advertisements, and headhunting
- Pre-screen prospective candidates to determine finalists for unit consideration
- Manage recruiting activities at targeted college campuses
- Update the recruiting applicant tracking system with all recruiting activities related to assigned requisitions
- Maintain frequent communication with requisition finalists, Acxiom leader until a position is closed
- Negotiate offer details and manage offer process
- Work on recruiting related projects as assigned
- Work closely with business HR on recruitment process optimization and Training and Development to prepare new hires for new hire orientation
Requirements
- Deep recruitment consulting skills gained in an outcome-based recruitment team. Previous recruitment role – within agency or in house delivering to a diverse client base.
- knowledge of the full recruitment life cycle,IT or Marketing servce industry will be prefered
- Track record of providing innovative approach to sourcing
- A strong commercial understanding and advanced problem solving skills are essential,
- Aability to maintain strong client relationships and position yourself as a trusted business adviser
