Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Data and marketing analysis, such as trend and consumer purchase behavior
- Design data reports to measure campaigns, CRM KPIs, and support a variety of marketing analysis
- Analyze and measure marketing campaign performance and effectiveness and provide strategic insights
Monitor consumer behavior and migration
Prepare data to conduct business reviews for clients' projects
Provide data and analytical support to Consultants
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above degree
- Analytical with creative thinking; ability to process large amount of data
- Detail oriented
- Motivated and quick learner; team player
- Excellent English and Chinese communication skills
- Good command of Microsoft office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with database, SQL, SPSS, Clementine a plus
